We offer registered students 'ad-hoc' Support and Tuition time where you can discuss your problems, have one to one tuition on a specific problem or advice and assistance on purchasing and installing upgrades. Ad-Hoc support is £20 per hour charged per hour (this price has the 20% discount already applied). Remember - you can discuss any of your Mac related problems and have access to the Support Engineer's full range of tuition and support in this time. For example, if you have bought some memory for your Mac you can call us to come to you to install the memory and then use the rest of the hour to get any support issues or queries solved! The possibilities are endless! And remember, we come to you!
